Jude Padezanin is a licensed physical therapist and licensed athletic trainer with over 20 years of experience. He received his BA in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University in 1988 with an emphasis in athletic training. He received his degree in physical therapy from the University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1990 and his athletic training certification in 1992. He has worked with athletes at the high school, collegiate, and professional level. With a belief in the importance of continuing to learn and improve his skills, Jude has attended numerous continuing education seminars, including many specialized manual therapy and orthopedic courses. In 2001, he founded Sea Coast Physical Therapy so that he could provide individualized hands on therapy. He continues to strive to achieve the best physical therapy outcomes relying on both his experience and current treatment techniques.

David Johnson is a licensed physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist with over 20 years of experience. David became interested in physical therapy at an early age after suffering multiple sports related injuries that resulted in both surgeries and rehabilitation. After achieving his advanced degrees he moved to Wilmington NC where he resides with his family. David’s accomplishments outside of the clinic include being head Physical Therapist and team strength coach for the USA Women’s Rugby team (1998-2006), adjunct strength coach at UVA (1998) and personal Therapist and Strength Coach for multiple collegiate, professional and Olympic athletes. Through these years of experience David has learned how to train himself so that he can continue to play the activities he loves best, including Rugby and Martial Arts. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Orthopedic/Sports Medicine and Manual therapy that he blends with his personal experience to help patients achieve their goals. In 2002 David partnered with Jude to continue both of their philosophy of one on one care
